Live in Me

Merciful Saviour, thank You for giving me new life through Your crucifixion, death, and resurrection. I pray that I will die to my old self daily, remembering that You have clothed me in Your robes of righteousness, paid for by Your precious blood. Help me to be more and more like You in every single area of my life, especially in how I relate to my spouse and children. Teach me to extend Your sacrificial love and radical forgiveness to them. And when it is difficult to do so, may I pray: “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me!”
