Prayer of the Day
Then Jehoshaphat stood up in the assembly of Judah and Jerusalem at the temple of the Lord in the front of the new courtyard and said: “Lord, the God of our ancestors, are you not the God who is in heaven? You rule over all the kingdoms of the nations. Power and might are in your hand, and no one can withstand you.”

Lord, lead my child to realize that You are the one, true living God and to appreciate Your amazing track record of faithfulness. You are a promise-keeper and the sovereign Lord of the universe. Lead him to proclaim that You are indeed Lord of all. Having mercifully offered salvation to him through the death and resurrection of Your Son, Jesus Christ, change his heart from rebellion to belief. And guide him to willingly and joyfully submit to You as Lord of his life.
