Teach My Children to Pray

Heavenly Father, as my children turn to me for all their needs, I pray that I will teach them to turn to You in every situation. Grant me opportunities to point them to You, so that they will learn to pray, petition, give thanks, and present all their requests to their Father in heaven. As I do so, I pray that I too will learn not to be anxious, but to “rejoice always, pray continually, [and] give thanks in all circumstances”, for this is Your will for me—and my family—in Christ Jesus (1 Thessalonians 5:16–18).
