Prayer of the Day
[Jesus said] “It is easier for heaven and earth to disappear than for the least stroke of a pen to drop out of the Law.”
Luke 16:17
Lord, give me and my children a heart that desires to please and obey You, so that You will be glorified in our lives. Help me to hide Your Word in my heart, that I might not sin against You but “rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches” (Psalm 119:11, 14). Enable me to teach and model to my children what living in joyful obedience looks like, so that they, too, will “stay on the path of purity” (Psalm 119:9).
