Prayer of the Day
‘The King will reply, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
Matthew 25:40
Gracious God, You know the times when I feel burnt out in meeting all my children’s needs, whether it’s physical, social, emotional, or spiritual. At times, parenthood can feel endless—and utterly meaningless. Yet, I pray that as I look at the faces of my children, and feed, clothe, care for, and love them, I will see the face of Jesus, and know that I am serving Him (Matthew 25:35–40). Help me to parent my children, for You.
