Prayer of the Day
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
Ephesians 5:25
Lord, forgive me for the times that I have not loved my wife according to Your example and command. As I dwell on Your sacrificial love, I pray for Your grace and strength to love my wife as my own body, and to spiritually nourish and care for her (Ephesians 5:28–29). Help me to die to my pride and selfishness, so that I can do whatever it takes to make my wife holy and blameless before You.
