Prayer of the Day
Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.
Ephesians 6:18
O God, I pray that You incline my and my family’s hearts to commune with You in every task and moment of our day. May we grow in prayerfulness, learning to turn to You with all kinds of prayers and requests, so that our children will see and learn that You are a God who hears and answers prayers. Even when we do not know what to pray for, we know that your Spirit “intercedes for us through wordless groans”, in accordance with Your will (Romans 8:26–27). Guide us and abide in us, we pray.
