Prayer of the Day
[Jesus said] “Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
John 4:14
Lord Jesus, You promise that those who drink of the water You give will never thirst but will have eternal life. I pray that my children will not thirst for the things of this world, but seek You and Your words alone. May they find true satisfaction and fulfilment in knowing You, and everlasting joy and hope in Your presence. And, may my family pray as the psalmist did: “As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God” (Psalm 42:1–2).
