Prayer of the Day
[Jesus said] “If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”
Luke 11:13
Father of heavenly lights, You are the Giver of life and breath, and every good and perfect gift from above (James 1:17). We pray and ask for Your Holy Spirit to dwell in us and our children this day, to lead, guide, and empower us. We know that You desire to bless us and answer our prayers in accordance to Your will, just as we love to bless our children and give them what they need. May we earnestly seek and depend on You with a childlike faith, to Your glory.
