Prayer of the Day
I delight greatly in the LORD;
my soul rejoices in my God.
For he has clothed me with garments of salvation
and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness,
as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest,
and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
Isaiah 61:10
Heavenly Father, thank You for rescuing me from the domain of darkness and bringing me into the kingdom of Your Son, in whom I find redemption and forgiveness for my sins (Colossians 1:13). Thank You for granting me salvation and clothing me with Christ’s righteousness. Help me and my family to delight and rejoice in You alone, and stir our affections and longing for the day when Christ returns to call us home.
