Prayer of the Day
Though he brings grief, he will show compassion,
so great is his unfailing love.
Lamentations 3:32
O God, You are a gracious, compassionate, and loving God. I pray that my children will hold fast to this truth about You, regardless of the trials and tribulations that await them this day. May they meditate upon Your character and promises, so that they will be humbled and strengthened by Your unfailing love. Guide them as they examine and test their ways, that they might return to You (Lamentations 3:40).
