Prayer of the Day
You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
2 Timothy 2:3 NKJV
Loving Saviour, help us to be faithful in teaching our children the “whole counsel of God” (Acts 20:27 ESV), especially when it comes to hardship and suffering. Grant our family the endurance to live by faith, and protect them from the devil’s lie that salvation means a life of ease and comfort. May we encourage our children with Your very words to us: “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
