Prayer of the Day
[God said] “I gave you a land on which you did not toil and cities you did not build; and you live in them and eat from vineyards and olive groves that you did not plant.”
Joshua 24:13
Heavenly Father, thank You for giving us all that we need. Forgive me for the times I have been ungrateful, covetous, and envious of what others have, and failed to see Your divine grace and providence surrounding me. Help me not to take Your providence for granted, but to be intentional about giving thanks to You each day, so that my children will also learn to have thankful and not complaining hearts.
