Giver of every good and perfect gift, forgive me for the times I’ve been stingy towards You—whether with my money, time, or talents that You’ve given me in the first place. As I reflect on and give thanks for every spiritual and material gift that You have generously given me, may I commit to give to You cheerfully and joyfully as an outpouring of gratitude to You. Let me not hoard what I have, knowing that You already know what I need and will provide for me as I seek first Your kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:32–33). And may my children learn from my example, in surrendering all they have to You.
