Fellowship as a Family

Lord Jesus, forgive me for the times that I’ve subconsciously seen Your body as just comprising my immediate family, and neglected the wider body of Christ—Your church. Help me to remember my fellow brothers- and sisters-in-Christ, that I will show them love and serve them today. For You have taught us that “the body is not made up of one part but of many”, and called us to have “equal concern for each other” (1 Corinthians 12:14, 25). I pray that my children, too, will learn to build up the church in love.
