Prayer of the Day
“Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the LORD.
Jeremiah 1:8
Lord, grant my children courage to live out their faith in Jesus, especially in the face of peer pressure and influence. Just as You promised the prophet Jeremiah of Your presence amid the threat of persecution, strengthen my children so that they will not be afraid, knowing that You are with them. Keep them faithful and devoted to You, so that they can be a light for Jesus in this world, and that You will ultimately be glorified (Matthew 5:14–16).
