Loving My Spouse

Lord, thank You for this gift of my spouse. I confess that there are times when I take my life partner for granted, do not express love or appreciation as I ought to, and forget that we are one flesh. Remind me of all the qualities I love about my spouse, and enable me to see the best in him or her. I pray that I will forgive, forbear, and love my spouse as Christ first loved me—sacrificially, graciously, and radically, so that You will be glorified in our marriage.
