Prayer of the Day
You are a forgiving God, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love.
Nehemiah 9:17
Our gracious heavenly Father, thank You for Your patience, forbearance, and kindness in forgiving us when we sin against You. Please forgive me and my children of the sins we have committed against You, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Help me to meditate on Your forgiveness, graciousness, compassion, slowness to anger, and steadfast love, and to extend them to my children as well, so that they will see Christ in me.
