The Worth of Knowing You

Loving Saviour, I confess that I can be so easily distracted and tempted by what the world counts as valuable—whether it’s money, status, or power. Yet, as I contemplate on the fleeting nature of these earthly treasures and the eternal worth of knowing You, I pray that I and my children will do all it takes to pursue You alone. May my family declare as Paul did: “Everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ” (Philippians 3:8 NLT).
