Prayer of the Day
In their hearts humans plan their course,
but the Lord establishes their steps.
Proverbs 16:9
O Lord, Your will and timing are perfect in every way, for You are a perfect God. Everything that has happened, is happening, and will happen is under Your divine and sovereign will. Forgive me for my tendency to make plans for my children without consulting or committing them to You. Cause me to remember that You are the one who establishes my family’s steps in whatever we do and wherever we go.
