Strengthen Our Children

Loving God, we praise You for being “our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1), whom our children can turn to and trust in. May our children find strength in Your presence, just as Paul did when he boldly preached the gospel in the face of persecution. In difficult circumstances that test their faith, help them to confidently declare: “The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” (2 Timothy 4:18)
