Prayer of the Day
God chose you as firstfruits to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth.
2 Thessalonians 2:13
Everlasting God, thank You for choosing us while we were still sinners, to receive salvation in Christ. Thank You for giving us the Holy Spirit who makes us holy, and for Your precious gospel which saves us. Help me and my family to marvel at the amazing truth that we are Your chosen ones, and that we can share in the glory of Your Son (2 Thessalonians 2:14). As we do so, may we stand firm and keep a strong grip on Your Word, so that we and our children will continue to persevere in our faith till the very end.
