Prayer of the Day
[Jesus said] “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
Mark 14:38
Loving Father, I commit my children into Your hands, and ask that You guard them from the temptations of this world. Equip them with Your armour so that they will be on guard against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:10–18). Cultivate within them a prayerful spirit, so that they will turn to You in prayer at all times and in every situation. Use us as parents to exhort, teach, and warn them using Your living Word, so they will grow to walk in Your ways.
